The Fondation des Etats-Unis is undergoing an ambitious project to reconstitute the last in the series of six historically significant frescoes painted by Robert la Montagne Saint-Hubert from 1929-1930.

Overview

Located across from the Parc Montsouris in Paris’ 14th arrondissement, the Fondation des Etats-Unis is a private student residence and cultural center within the international community of the Cité internationale universitaire de Paris.

History

After two years of extensive construction as one of the pioneer buildings on the CiuP campus, the Fondation des Etats-Unis held its opening ceremony on April 28, 1930.
