The Fondation offers several communal study and social spaces equipped with Wi-Fi, including a library, a concert hall, a gallery space, a computer room, a lounge with TV corner, two study rooms, and a music room.
The Library
The Fondation des Etats-Unis proposes to its residents a library located on the ground floor, which has been rennovated in 2003.

The Grand Salon
Graced with seven meter-high ceilings, a Steinway concert grand piano, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking an enclosed garden, the Grand Salon is a welcoming space for concerts, lectures, and receptions.
The Grand Salon boasts a series of magnificent frescos in the Art Deco style painted by Robert La Montagne Saint-Hubert. Thanks to the generous support of the Florence Gould Foundation and the Conseil Supérieur du Mécénat, the frescos were restored to their original beauty. Following the 2009 ruling of the DRAC Ile-de-France, the hall, along with the frescos, are now cited as historical monuments.

Other common rooms
Located in the East wing of the basement, the Rectangle is an entertainment and game room with a television corner and a large kitchen used for collective meals.
The music room is reserved exclusively for use by the residents of the Fondation, and includes a Yamaha upright piano.
